Hundreds of Ocean Healthcare Network employees participate in voluntary ongoing Relias training programs, offered and strongly encouraged in all Ocean Healthcare facilities and service lines. Relias is a wonderful resource that helps healthcare professionals on all levels deliver improved outcomes through training, performance, and talent solutions, as well as by identifying potential problems and addressing them with knowledge and skills. The interactive program allows leaders to select from thousands of titles the focus topics that are most relevant in their situation.

Participants are entered into a monthly drawing to win valuable gift cards, as well as an Annual Grand Prize.
